Board Certified Psychiatrist
Alice Graham-Brown MD
Alice Graham-Brown, MD came to the USA for her Residency in Psychiatry at The Cambridge Hospital, a Harvard University Program, having completed her undergraduate degree in Medical Sciences at Cambridge University, and her medical training at Oxford University in England. Dr. Graham-Brown has been treating adults with mental illness for over thirty years and considers it a great privilege to have the trust of her patients and to help them move towards improved mental health. She is Board Certified in Psychiatry and is affiliated with Baystate Medical Center and Holyoke Medical Center. She has been in outpatient private practice for over 20 years and has worked in many settings, including acute inpatient, longer term inpatient and community mental health clinics.
Dr. Graham-Brown strives to support her patients in making treatment planning decisions that best suit their needs. She sees mental health care as a partnership between her and her patients. She wants to get to know her patients as individuals in the context of their lives, as she sees this as imperative to a real understanding of those she is trying to help. Dr. Graham-Brown makes it a priority to collaborate with her patient’s individual therapists and family members as needed to ensure coordinated care.
Dr. Graham-Brown has a special interest in the areas of treatment resistant depression and the use of neuromodulation such as TMS and ketamine in its treatment. Dr.Graham-Brown invites you to make an appointment for an evaluation and looks forward to meeting with you

Piyush Johari MD
Piyush Johari MD has been practicing adult psychiatry for over 25 years. He completed his medical education at Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital in Mumbai, India. He then completed residency training at St. George's Hospital Medical School, London, England and The Mayo Clinic, Rochester Minnesota.
He has been in private practice since 2005 in the Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts. He has wide experience in a variety of clinical settings and is affiliated with Holyoke Medical Center and Baystate Medical Center. He is a Member of The Royal College of Psychiatrists, England and a Diplomate of The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is a member of a number of professional bodies including The American Psychiatric Association, Clinical TMS Society, Massachusetts Psychiatric Society.
His special interests are treating Mood disorders, Treatment resistance and using emerging treatments in Psychiatry including Neuromodulation such as TMS and Ketamine related products. He is also available for Consultations, Diagnostic Evaluations and Second Opinions. He is strongly committed to providing sensitive and individualized care in the context of his patients' lived and sociocultural experience. Dr. Johari collaborates with his patient’s individual therapists and family members as needed to coordinate care. Dr. Johari welcomes you to make an appointment for a consultation.
Administrative Assistant
Jeiry Cordova
Jeiry Cordova graduated from Holyoke High School, and has worked in mental health care for decades. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and Certified Medical Interpreter from Brandford Hall. She joined Dr. Graham-Brown and Dr.Johari as their administrative assistant at Holyoke Medical Center. They were thrilled when Jeiry agreed to come on board with Stepping Stones Psychiatry as the Administrative Assistant.
Jeiry is the hub of our office and manages a wide range of responsibilities from first contact to all aspects of office operations. She strives to positively impact every interaction she has with patients and brings warmth, generosity, respect, and compassion to her work. She will bend over backwards to help patients with their needs and facilitate their contact with Dr. Johari and Dr.Graham-Brown in any way she can.

TMS Coordinator
Kirsten J. Lindgren
Kirsten J. Lindgren graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a degree in psychology and education. She worked for over 15 years with a local early childhood education program and then transitioned to Holyoke Medical Center where she helped establish, develop and manage the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Service. She was nominated for the Best Caregiver Award at Holyoke Medical Center in 2019. Kirsten joined Stepping Stones Psychiatry in July of 2021 as our TMS Coordinator.
She is excited to assist patients who experience depression in accessing TMS Therapy through their insurance. Kirsten understands that depression, lack of energy, lack of interest may contribute to a poor quality of life and that TMS therapy can help clients achieve a better quality of life. Kirsten is thrilled to have had the privilege of watching over 250 people reclaim their lives through this innovative treatment.
In addition to many years of technical excellence Kirsten brings her warm and sensitive humor to her daily work and is focused on enhancing our patient’s experience.

Clinical Assistant
Nicole Monte
Nicole Monte joined Stepping Stones Psychiatry, LLC in July 2021.
Nicole has an Associate’s degree in Psychology from Holyoke Community College. She brings many years of clinical background in Mental Health Care. She has worked in a variety of settings including the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services, Holyoke Medical Center and Sunshine Village.
Nicole plays a major role in our Ketamine service focusing on patient experience and operations. She is also a certified TMS technician. In addition she works in concert with Jeiry to ensure smooth operation of the office.
Billing
Elizabeth "Liz" Gormally
Elizabeth “Liz” Gormally attended Northeastern University and then worked for Wang Laboratories Inc. She moved back to Western Mass to raise her family and start her own computer consulting business. Throughout the last 30 years she has specialized in Mental Health Insurance Billing for a number of small and large practices. She brings her understanding of computer programming, the insurance industry, and detailed oriented personal service to Stepping Stones Psychiatry, LLC. Her goal is to always get the insurance benefits each patient deserves.
Clinical Assistant
Jessica Fitzsimmons
Jessica Fitzsimmons joined Stepping Stones Psychiatry, LLC in July 2022 . Jess graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has worked at Holyoke Medical Center where she administered TMS therapy as well as working on the psychiatric inpatient units. She previously worked at Miravista Behavioral Health as a Detox Coordinator.
Jess plays a major role in our Ketamine and TMS services, administering medications and treatment for both morning and afternoon sessions. She is also an integral part of our administrative team assisting with scheduling, medication refills and onboarding new clients.
She strives to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable with her kindness, compassionate nature and attentiveness.
