  • FIll out a New Patient Intake here and someone from the office will confirm receipt and walk you through the steps.

  • In order to access the MYIO Patient Portal you must be using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge as your browser.

    MYIO also has an app available in Google Play in or in the App Store

    Whether onboarding from your PC or the app be sure to click SUBMIT so the paperwork will be sent to us.

  • Please call 413.300.3999 or text 413.277.7717 as soon as you know you will not be able to keep your appointment.

    If you miss an appointment it is your responsibility to contact us to make a follow up appointment.

    Appointments must be canceled at least 1 business day in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge.

  • We have a legal obligation to protect health information. As a patient you should feel free to fully disclose sensitive personal information in order for your doctor to most effectively treat you. Third parties will only be involved if the doctor feels that there is a risk that the patient will seriously harm themself or others. As health care providers we are mandated reporters and so are obligated to report concerns of abuse.

    Either Dr. Johari or Dr. Graham-Brown are available after hours for non-emergent matters that cannot wait until the next business day.

  • Copays are due at the time of service and may be paid in cash, check, credit card. The patient portal is now able to accept payments via credit card. Your card will be charged at the time you submit the payment and the payment will be applied to your outstanding balance within 7 days. You will receive a portal notification once the payment is applied. Deductibles and coinsurance are the responsibility of the patient.

    Patients are responsible for ensuring that their insurance has authorized the services they receive. In the event that the service is not covered, the patient is responsible for payment.

  • We will continue to follow CDC guidelines in our office.

  • Our providers accept most insurances.

    Please contact your insurance provider to clarify whether our providers are in network, or alternatively call the office for clarification.

  • Mobile carriers now require all business SMS users to ensure compliance with new regulations. The following will assure that we remain in compliance.

    Opt-in for SMS messaging means our staff at Stepping Stones Psychiatry may communicate conversationally with you until you choose to “stop”.

    Please text 413.277.7717 to initiate SMS texting with our staff. We will make note of your wish to Opt-in to SMS texting. At any point that you would like to STOP texting simply text the word “STOP” and we will make note of that in your chart. At any point you may initiate texting by texting “start”
